Advanced Common Rail Technology
Our common rail department is equipped with the most advanced technology to deliver the highest quality possible. We have five Nova Ditex EDX611 common-rail test stands, allowing us to test and validate every injector and pump fully. Furthermore, we have four computerized measurement systems to ensure that the mechanical movement of the injector meets OEM requirements. We also have an advanced coding system to guarantee that the injectors work correctly once installed, providing ease of use for the customer. This level of precision ensures you get one of the best common rail remanufactured products currently on the market.
Industry-Leading 6.0L Power Stroke Department
We take great pride in our industry-leading 6.0L Power Stroke Department, where innovation meets precision. Our testing capabilities utilize the Nova Ditex Heui Genius test stand to measure flow rate, spool valve operation, and mechanical response time. Our testing procedure extends beyond this level. We have developed proprietary testing equipment that measures internal leaks between the intensifier piston and the injector body, thereby preventing fuel contamination of engine oil. This same procedure is used for the G2.9 Navistar and C7/C9 Caterpillar injectors. Our Power Stroke Department has produced over 300,000 injectors in the last six years alone. This measures our capability and dedication to quality. Each injector is rebuilt to OEM specifications with new parts, including nozzles, check balls, and springs, and then put through a rigorous testing procedure to guarantee peak performance.
Precision in Common Rail Pump Remanufacturing
Our Common Rail Pump Division is committed to providing the highest quality rebuilt pumps to meet the requirements of modern diesel engines. We completely disassemble the pumps to rebuild them and meet our stringent quality requirements. We replace all necessary parts, including O-rings and seals, before placing the pumps on our custom-designed stands. This allows us to run the pumps, break in the new parts, and remove any contaminants before testing. Each pump is tested on Nova Ditex GEA pump stands to guarantee accuracy and performance. The result is a reliable, high-performance pump ready for immediate use.
